1. Introduction

The International Journal of Machine Learning Research in Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence (IJMLR-CAI) is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research papers, reviews, and case studies in the fields of machine learning, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. This document outlines the policies and procedures governing the submission, review, publication, and ethical standards of the journal.

2. Aims and Scope

IJMLR-CAI aims to:

  • Advance the understanding and application of machine learning and AI in cybersecurity.
  • Provide a platform for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to share knowledge and innovative solutions.
  • Promote interdisciplinary research and collaboration.

The scope includes, but is not limited to:

3. Submission Guidelines

3.1 Manuscript Preparation

  • Manuscripts should be original and not under consideration by any other publication.
  • Authors must adhere to the formatting guidelines provided on the journal's website.
  • Manuscripts should be written in English and include an abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, results, discussion, and references.

3.2 Submission Process

  • Submissions must be made through the journal's online submission system.
  • Authors should provide a cover letter, highlighting the significance of their work and its relevance to the journal's scope.
  • All co-authors must be included at the time of submission, and their contribution should be briefly described.

4. Peer Review Process

4.1 Initial Screening

  • The editorial team conducts an initial screening to check for compliance with submission guidelines and the journal's scope.
  • Manuscripts failing to meet the basic requirements will be returned to the authors.

4.2 Double-Blind Review

  • Manuscripts found to contain significant plagiarism will be rejected, and the authors may be banned from future submissions.
