vulnerabilities to steal sensitive information and perpetrate financial fraud. This paper provides an in-depth
exploration of phishing scams, elucidating their various forms, techniques, and impacts on victims. By analyzing
common phishing tactics and case studies, the study aims to enhance awareness and empower individuals and
organizations to recognize and mitigate phishing threats effectively. Furthermore, the paper offers practical
guidance on preventive measures and best practices for avoiding falling victim to phishing scams, emphasizing
the importance of cybersecurity education and proactive defense strategies.
