In the highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, adherence to Good x Practice (GxP) guidelines is critical for ensuring data integrity and patient safety. This paper explores the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in enhancing Identity Access Management (IAM) processes to meet GxP compliance requirements. By integrating AI technologies, organizations can automate user access controls, monitor user behavior in real-time, and facilitate anomaly detection, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized access and data breaches. The study examines various AI-driven IAM solutions, including predictive analytics and machine learning algorithms, which enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of access management frameworks. Furthermore, it discusses the implications of AI-enhanced IAM for maintaining audit trails, supporting compliance audits, and ensuring a robust security posture. The findings suggest that AI not only streamlines IAM processes but also fosters a culture of compliance within organizations, ultimately safeguarding data integrity and patient safety in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
